As an artist, I am driven by a simple but powerful goal: to make people happy.
"A View From Here" came to life after I stumbled upon a photo I snapped while visiting the Biltmore in Asheville, NC. The magnificent view of the mountains and the lush greenery surrounding them captivated me, and I knew I had to create it on canvas. To infuse a dreamlike quality into the painting, I opted for a softer color palette.
Using acrylic paint and expressive brushstrokes, I infuse each piece with a sense of movement and energy that draws the viewer in and encourages them to explore the intricate patterns and textures found in flora. Each painting is a testament to the delicate balance between humanity and nature, reminding us of the beauty and wonder that surrounds us.
